So this was my eating for the day....
Brekkie - Weetabix w sliced banana and sliced apple
Elevenses - Greek yogurt with crunchy fruits & nuts mix and blueberries
Lunch - 1.5 Sandwich (3 halves of chicken salad/chicken and ham/chicken and bacon , banana and a few cherry tomatoes
Mid afternoon snack - Strawberry yogurt with crunchy fruits & nuts mix, sliced banana and blueberries
I basically eat this everyday change the sandwich for a soup..
Healthy?
